The client, Bellissima, a locally owned successful retailer of women’s fashion for over 45 years, required a rebrand for it’s online presence while maintaining the Bellissima name in-store. Marketing initiatives include eblasts, promotions, online and in store campaigns, digital ads and social media.

Our challenge involved educating the existing clientele about the transition and creating a brand appealing to the 50-plus demographic that emphasized style and confidence.

We further implemented strategies to build an email list, educated clients about online shopping, and facilitated cross-promotion in stores across British Columbia.

Our concept for Serena West embodies a modern aesthetic, employing vibrant colors to resonate with the target market while maintaining the desired bold tone.

We feature models aged 40-50 who exude vitality in Serena West clothing, aiming to capture the empowering essence of the brand and underlying message that age should never dim one’s confidence, playfulness, and fun.
